Albrecht’s Self-Cleaning Rotary Filter has a robust construction, completely in stainless steel and with automatic cleaning of the filter screen. In versions from 30 to 180 m3/h of filtration capacity, the differential is the possibility of operating in process or effluent lines, without interruption of the flow.
The filtration screens are defined based on the characteristics of suspended and sedimentable solids, which, once retained, are discharged into a discharge conveyor belt for disposal or reuse.
In production processes, they can be installed in recirculation and washing lines, promoting an increase in the useful life of baths. Enzymatic processes are an example of this type of application, where the self-cleaning rotating filter removes the fibrils from the circulating bath, preventing saturation and contamination of the textile article during the washing step.
In effluent treatment plants, the use of the Self-Cleaning Rotary Filter at the entrance of equalization tanks or stabilization ponds increases cleaning intervals, reduces organic overload and prevents clogging.
