Fluidized bed dryer

Ideal for drying at low temperatures, with direct or indirect heating, ventilation and temperature control that favor the processing of thermosensitive substrates, contributing to the preservation of nutritional and microbiological properties.

Built in a modular way, it allows the increase of capacity from the inclusion of more modules, according to the production need. In addition, the substrate is transported on conveyor belts, without impacts, maintaining the physical and granulometric characteristics.

The air circulation system has an exclusive design by Albrecht, providing greater efficiency and drying capacity, in addition to reducing energy consumption, both electrical and thermal (steam, gas or thermal oil). An interface allows the recording of receipts and the monitoring of process variables, whose parameters can be defined according to the technical specification of the client.

Applied for the drying of granulated and granulated products, such as pet food, organic fertilizer granules, fruit pulp, pearls of chemical products and the like.
