Fluidized bed dryer

Being aware of energy consumption, whether electrical or thermal, is a determining factor in keeping drying costs within levels compatible with the process. The Hercules dryer is a high productivity and energy efficient equipment, which has features that contribute to improve the dimensional stability of textile articles. Its individualized belt overfeed control offers flexibility and quality for pre-shrinking of knits before final compaction.

The Hercules dryer line is modular, has high thermal efficiency, safe operation and low maintenance. Among its main features are:

  • Steam heating, thermal oil or gas (NG or LPG).
  • High productive efficiency with heat recovery and exhaust saturation control. A performance that generates a reduction in the consumption of thermal energy per kg of fabric produced.
  • Higher production capacity with power savings. Its high performance motors, made of aluminum with excellent thermal dissipation, contribute to the lowest electrical consumption per kg of fabric produced.
  • Automation and user-friendly interface, with speed, temperature and exhaust indicators. It also has process controls, recipe records, alarm history and the possibility of accessing the dryer via intranet or smartphone (by means of configuration on the customer’s local network).
