Extraction and finishing padder

Extraction and impregnation are processes carried out in the finishing foulard.

Among all models of hydro-extractors manufactured by Albrecht, the Hydra HP-100 represents the latest generation in untwisting, synchronism and wet width stabilization.

With a working speed of up to 100 m/min, it brings differentials such as a new extraction padder, which reduces the pick-up rate, contributing to a lower dilution of the softener bath and lower energy consumption in the drying stage.

Ergonomic adjustments bring more comfort to operators, such as easy access to the stations, reduced height of the foulards for passing the fabric and the electric drive system for the untwisting head (optional).

The magnetic opening frame, at the exit station, gives the article width regularity and allows for overfeeding adjustment, compensating for the stretches resulting from the previous processes.
